These also spawn on the ground and look like a purple capped mushroom. In Ardenweald go just east of Tirna Vaal around 67, 37 for the violet frills. They spawn on the ground, on the water's edge and I got 2-6 each time. Click the bag again and you'll see the mushrooms on the mini-map. In Bastion you'll collect lacy bell morels south of Hero's Rest in the Garden of Respite, around 49, 56. I wasted so much time, the feather caps respawned where I'd already picked them, so I grabbed those instead of wasting more time trying to grapple between. I tried running along the stems that connect some of the mushrooms, but that didn't work because I couldn't climb on top of the mushroom once I got across. Frustratingly, I wasn't able to grapple between many of the mushroom tops even though I could see feather caps over on other mushrooms. In Maldraxxus around 44, 22 - you'll notice small sparkly mushrooms on the larger mushroom - those are actually grappling hooks that you click on to get on top of the large mushrooms. I'm an herbalist, so I saw them without clicking the bag - but the buff makes the yellow dots a bit larger. They will appear as yellow dots on your mini-map.
